Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and place bench candidates (OPT / CPT / H1B / H4-EAD / L2 / GC / USC) with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
  • Post candidates profiles on job boards such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Corp-Corp.
  • Negotiate rate, contract terms, and employment type (C2C / W2 / 1099) with vendors and clients.
  • Work closely with internal recruiters, account managers, and candidates to ensure placement success.
  • Update and maintain candidate activity in CRM / Excel tracker on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and close deals efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, visa regulations, and employment verification.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets with accountability and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication (neutral accent preferred)
  • Proven experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing / IT Recruitment (minimum 6 months 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.)
  • Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Ability to work U.S. night shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
