Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager Medical Tourism to lead the growth of our medical travel division. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and international referral networks while expanding our client base across target markets. This role requires strong industry knowledge, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills within the medical tourism and travel sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the medical tourism portfolio.
- Identify new market opportunities and target international patient segments.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level partnerships.
Sales & Market Expansion
- Generate new patient leads through agents, corporate tie-ups, and B2B networks.
- Promote medical travel packages (treatment + travel + accommodation).
- Represent the company at medical tourism expos and travel exhibitions.
Partnership Development
- Establish partnerships with accredited hospitals.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilitators and referral partners.
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor trends in global medical tourism.
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing structures.
- Identify high-demand treatments
Coordination & Operations Support
- Work closely with operations and travel teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and international standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in medical tourism. Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within hospitals or healthcare providers.
- Experience working with international patients.
