Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting online marketing research on the new business leads.
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
  • Developing business from prospecting new businesses, following up on marketing leads, as well as expanding business from the company's existing client base.
  • Set up appointments and meetings with potential clients and present IT security audits.
  • Explain the features and benefits of vulnerability assessment and IT Infrastructure audits.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other events to promote IT security solutions.
  • Update CRM system with sales activities and customer information.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales goals.

Skills and Experience

  • This candidate will have previous field sales experience of 3 years into direct field corporate B2B technology sales only.
  • Should be able to use technology tools effectively once training is provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation.
  • Proven record for managing sales for a technology product and service company.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A master's in marketing or sales would be desired but not essential.
