Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in selling marketing and growth services. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, video-led growth, UGC, and brand-driven growth solutions, and can independently drive revenue, partnerships, and closures.
You will own the full sales cycle and work closely with internal teams to convert briefs into winning growth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitch negotiation closure
- Sell marketing & growth services including:
Performance marketing
Video production & branded content
UGC (User-Generated Content)
Influencer-led growth
Social Lift / brand growth services
- Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline
- Work with internal teams to create and close high-impact proposals
- Client & Partnership Management
Engage with startups, brands, agencies, and founders
Understand client goals and map the right growth solutions
Manage long-term client relationships
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the bridge between clients and execution teams
- Market & Growth Understanding
- Strong understanding of:
Performance marketing fundamentals (Meta, Google, funnels, CPL, CPA)
Video-first and UGC-led growth strategies
Influencer-driven and brand-led growth models
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 25 years of experience in BD / Sales for marketing or growth services
- Proven experience selling:
Marketing services
Digital / growth solutions
Content or media offerings
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling targets, closures, and revenue numbers
Good to Have
Experience with digital agencies, media companies, or influencer platforms
Understanding of regional language markets
Existing brand or agency network
