Designation: Assistant Manager- Sales & Business Development

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2+ yrs

Salary Range: -Upto 8 LPA

Job Profile:

As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Customer Growth, you will play a key role in driving sales by converting leads for our door-to-door shipment services, specifically targeting Indian exporters based out of Delhi NCR. You will engage with potential clients, educate them about our shipping services, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and engage with potential clients to educate them about our shipping services, providing a clear explanation of the IndiaUSA shipment process.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain momentum throughout the sales process until deals are successfully closed.
  • Regularly update CRM systems and report daily progress to the leadership team to track sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
