Job Description
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
  • Initiate and manage strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to find new opportunities, especially in retail and healthcare sectors.
  • Support franchise partners with business planning and operations, collaborating closely with internal teams for onboarding, training, and support.
  • Drive revenue growth through franchise acquisition and alliance goals.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Qualifications
  • 38 years experience in franchise development and retail alliances.
  • Proven track record in franchise appointments, expansion, and management.
  • Strong background in building business alliances.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset, comfortable with frequent travel.
  • Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
