Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, a persuasive communicator, and someone who understands both the design vision and the technical sophistication behind smart homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other design influencers.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities in premium residential and commercial segments.
  • Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to proactively generate leads for our channel partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets through strategic business planning. Work with channel partners on lead generation and closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA in Marketing/Business Management; Engineering degree preferred (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
  • Experience: 37 years in business development or sales within luxury home automation, premium interiors, AV systems, or related industries. Alternatively candidates from technology sales, ITs background may also apply.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • A relationship-oriented professional with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about design, technology, and innovation.
