Lumous Global Ventures is hiring an experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) with a background in IT and Non-IT staffing business development to drive client acquisition across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT staffing and recruitment services

Handle end-to-end client communication, negotiations, and closures

Bring in pan-India and overseas staffing projects

Build and manage strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams based on client requirements

Prepare proposals, commercials, and service agreements

Achieve business development targets

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT / Non-IT staffing or recruitment business development

Proven client handling and account management experience

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience with international staffing projects is an added advantage

Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
