Lumous Global Ventures is hiring an experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) with a background in IT and Non-IT staffing business development to drive client acquisition across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT staffing and recruitment services

• Handle end-to-end client communication, negotiations, and closures

• Bring in pan-India and overseas staffing projects

• Build and manage strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers

• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams based on client requirements

• Prepare proposals, commercials, and service agreements

• Achieve business development targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT / Non-IT staffing or recruitment business development

• Proven client handling and account management experience

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Experience with international staffing projects is an added advantage

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
