LiftKartz is building India's first dedicated B2B marketplace for elevator parts, connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and elevator companies on a single digital platform. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who understands B2B sales, is comfortable with on-ground execution, and can independently manage digital tools.
Role & Responsibilities- Meet elevator companies, OEMs, suppliers, and service providers across assigned regions
- Explain the LiftKartz platform clearly and onboard buyers and sellers
- Assist customers with their first purchase and ensure smooth order execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for product listings, pricing, and order flow
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders
- Travel across cities as required for business development activities
- Capture market feedback and share insights to improve platform adoption
Who You Are- 26 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / eCommerce
- Comfortable with field sales, meetings, and frequent travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Street-smart, execution-focused, and solution-oriented
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
- Laptop and smartphone are compulsory for this role
- Prior experience in the elevator, construction, or industrial sector is a plus
