The Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to focus on our B2B growth within the group insurance space. This role is central to our expansion into the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Focus on core loan-embedded insurance products, specifically Group Credit Life and Group Term Life.
B2B Development: Drive business growth by targeting NBFCs, Co-operative Banks, and Credit Co-operative Societies.
Channel Activation: Responsible for branch-wise activation and engagement to ensure product penetration.
Mobility: Occasional travel is required for business development and partner meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of the Insurance and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Linguistic Requirement (Marathi Proficiency)
