ABOUT US
Founded by IHM Pusa alumni, Lick Sip Dip has grown into one of Delhi NCR's fast-growing gourmet catering brands.
From intimate house parties to large-scale weddings and pre-wedding celebrations, we've executed 2,000+ social events over the last 6 years.
Our culinary team comes from institutions like The Imperial, The Oberoi, and ITC Maurya — and now we're building a dedicated sales team to scale the next phase of growth.
THE ROLE
Business Development Manager — Social Events
You'll own the entire social events pipeline for Lick Sip Dip.
From first enquiry to signed contract, you'll lead premium wedding and celebration clients through the sales journey while building long-term referral partnerships across Delhi NCR.
This is not just a lead conversion role.
We want someone who genuinely understands:
• Wedding clients
• Event pressure
• Luxury hospitality expectations
• Venue relationships
• Planner ecosystems
• High-touch sales
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Wedding, pre-wedding, and house party sales pipeline
• High-value client relationships
• Tasting sessions and proposal closures
• Partnerships with planners, decorators, venues, and event agencies
• Management of 2 Sales Executives focused on social events
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 4–7 years in wedding sales, social events, luxury hospitality, or catering
• Strong network within Delhi NCR's wedding/event ecosystem
• Confident handling premium clientele and large-ticket conversations
• Strong communication in Hindi & English
• Someone proactive, relationship-driven, and execution-focused
