Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in lead generation, based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the candidate will focus on identifying and generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing lead generation strategies, analyzing market trends, maintaining a consistent sales pipeline, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions. Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Proficiency in analyzing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, negotiation skills, and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Technical Competence: Understanding of IT applications, solutions, and software development processes; ability to bridge client needs with technical teams.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating measurable results in a business development role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in business development or sales is advantageous.
