We are hiring for a Business Development / Engineering Services Sales professional to drive business growth across the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling Software and Electronics Engineering Services, along with a solid understanding of Automotive Electronics and Embedded Engineering and an established network within the automotive ecosystem.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Engineering Services Sales or Business Development
- Proven experience in selling Software and Electronics Engineering Services within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of Automotive Electronics and Embedded Engineering
- Established relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and GCCs
- Strong professional network across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad
- Proven track record in new client acquisition, lead generation, opportunity development, and deal closure
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven approach with a strong hunter mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new automotive customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and GCCs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Software and Electronics Engineering Services
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account development
- Manage customer relationships and support long-term business partnerships
