We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for IT System Integration services. The role involves enterprise account acquisition, strategic partnerships and revenue ownership.

Preferred skills: Should have good experience into cisco sales, cisco products ( Routers, Firewall, cisco Palo alto, checkpoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and close large enterprise and strategic opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design value-driven solutions.
- Lead negotiations, commercials, and contract finalization.
- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Establish and manage strategic alliances with OEMs and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new verticals.
