Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Planning and Revenue Management

  • Own and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in line with the budget.
  • Develop and drive business through various referral sources including doctors, clinics, hospitals, outreach centers, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients.
  • Represent the company at conferences and business events to attract new clients.

Brand and Market Development

  • Develop and drive marketing communication programs to build brand equity and awareness.
  • Analyze business performance data (Revenue, Footfall, KPIs) and implement market share growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams on brand strategy and content execution.
  • Plan and lead promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital.
  • Utilize marketing analytics to gather and analyze data from social media, web analytics, and other sources.
  • Organize marketing events and monitor brand equity and market share.

Business Support and Monitoring

  • Monitor business performance and brand KPIs.
  • Share monthly marketing plan recaps highlighting ROI, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure competitive intelligence and best practice documentation.
  • Participate in area events and support brand/specialty launches, CMEs, seminars, and congresses.
