Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and growth targets. The role requires conducting market research, strategizing for business expansion, preparing proposals, and forecasting sales objectives. The role also involves managing and negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Proposal Development
  • Excellent Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Time Management
  • Knowledge of the environmental consultancy and engineering sectors is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • Proactive approach to goal achievement and problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
