Job Profile / Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, and builders to promote the studio's offerings.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Support the studio in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the industry.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations.
- Regularly update and maintain reports of client interactions and business progress.
- Gather market intelligence and share actionable insights with the internal team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture preferred
- MBA will be given additional weightage
Preferred Industry Exposure
- Candidates with prior experience in architecture, interior design, modular furniture, or related fields will be preferred.
