Job Description

Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:

Team Management

  • Build a team of high performing Key Account Executives who will contribute to the business in long and short team
  • Assign targets and KRAs to the team and guide them in achieving them.
  • Train and coach the team.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to monitor the performance.

Market Development

  • Develop High potential and leading End Users & decision makers (Infra Companies, Consultants, Real Estate Developers, Design and Build Companies, Contractors, Government Institutions) who will contribute highly to business.
  • Create a database of high potential End Users and Decision makers mentioned above and formulate strategy to develop them.
  • Visit above clients to generate leads and build a sales funnel.
  • Conduct necessary demos and trials for product approval.
  • Analyze area level data to identify gaps and drive necessary Initiatives
  • Collect reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/ competition for market mapping and sensitize the management.

Revenue Responsibility

  • Delivering on value and volume for geography.
  • Prepare account wise plan to achieve the assigned business objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly level and work towards achievement of targets as per budget
  • Ensure the growth of entire product range along with new and focused products

Customer Management

  • Conduct engagement interventions for key architects, builders, contractors and developers
  • Regularly visit top End users and influencers mentioned above to know their pulse.
  • Resolve post sales issues if any and gather feedback.

Commercial Responsibility

  • Collecting receivables are per organizations norms and review of credit worthiness of business associates and timely review of the same.

Influencer Management

  • Work closely with specifications team to identify and service Consultants & Architects.
  • Conduct regular trainings and meetings with the above to drive business

Background:

  • Min 6 - 10 Years experience in Projects Business in Key Accounts
  • Bachelor/PGDM / MBA in Marketing
