Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a client-focused and growth-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across key markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing premium client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales execution in the luxury jewelry space.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Target Delivery

  • Drive sales revenue in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and profitability targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales plans for the assigned region
  • Ensure healthy order book and consistent revenue pipeline

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Generate business from both existing and new clients across assigned markets
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers

3. Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Schedule and lead client meetings to present collections and understand requirements
  • Translate client needs into actionable product and business solutions
  • Address client queries effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with merchandising, product development, and production teams to deliver client requirements
  • Ensure seamless coordination for sampling, order execution, and timely deliveries

5. Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis

  • Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular insights to management on demand patterns and growth opportunities
  • Leverage exhibitions, industry platforms, and networks to gather market intelligence

6. Brand Building & Networking

  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
  • Drive brand visibility and generate leads through active networking and market presence

7. Customer Experience & Order Fulfilment

  • Collaborate with CSR and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor order execution to ensure quality, timelines, and client expectations are met

8. Collections & Financial Discipline

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to DSO targets
  • Drive revenue realization with a strong focus on profitability and cash flow

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate in Management or Graduate in Any Field with relevant experience in the Jewelry industry.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and positive to achieve targets.
