Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager based in Faridabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while ensuring the company's growth objectives are met.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including servers, storage systems, and data backup & recovery
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT or technology infrastructure industry is
