Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Agra. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Daily tasks include market research, initiating client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including identifying opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in market research, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform business strategies.
  • Experience in the ceramics, construction, or related industries is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
