About the Role
The role at Juspay focuses on building strong merchant relationships, driving growth, and turning customer feedback into product innovations. You'll manage stakeholders, communicate value propositions, and use data insights to refine strategies
What your day will look like
- Oversee daily operations with partners on new product implementations, from finalizing legal agreements to tracking project progress. This includes engaging with merchants and new banks to foster synergy.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in BD, Ops, and product teams within financial institutions and merchants to create value for Juspay.
- Stay informed on the latest industry innovations and regulatory changes impacting Juspay's business. We seek a curious, knowledge-hungry individual.
- Manage partner accounts to maintain a positive growth trajectory.
- Support product, platform, and operations teams by resolving bottlenecks in product development, deployment, and day-to-day operations, leveraging connections with relevant banking stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage active partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
- Engage with industry players regularly to explore new partnership opportunities.
- Provide prompt, effective responses to partner queries.
- Assist in creating processes, presentations, and timely responses to new proposals.
- Lead new partner onboarding from identification to go-live.
Interaction
- Collaborate with various internal teams—including Legal, product, finance, design, and technology—to ensure seamless project execution as needed.
- Manage multiple partnerships concurrently, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with each partner.
- Coordinate and liaise with existing and new potential banks

- Possess solid project management skills to effectively track initiatives, campaigns, and programs across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate with customers on delivery milestones and commercials
- Understanding of payment concepts, particularly UPI would be added advantage.
