We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and grow
our HVAC sales operations across multiple cities. This is a leadership role for someone who can
drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) across different
cities
Drive sales of Split ACs, VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers, Ducting & Turnkey HVAC projects
Lead generation through field visits, references, consultants & inside sales activities
Personally handle key clients and major project negotiations
Plan weekly targets and ensure team achieves sales goals
Visit builders, hospitals, IT parks, industries, consultants & project sitesEligibility Criteria
23 years of experience in HVAC / Technical Sales / Project Sales or related field
Experience in handling and motivating a sales team
MBA in Sales & Marketing with technical background (Optional)
Knowledge of HVAC products and project sales cycle preferred (not mandatory; open to
learning candidates)
Maximum age: 35 years
Two-wheeler mandatory
Target-driven, leadership mindset, and willing to do both field & inside sales
Salary & Benefits
4.2 5.4 Lakhs CTC per annum (based on experience)
