Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and acquire new hospital and healthcare clients, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and promote Jobizo's healthcare hiring solutions. The role includes conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, delivering product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The person in this position will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect and onboard hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and nursing homes across Hyderabad.
· Own the full B2B sales cycle — lead generation to contract closure and handover.
· Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets across locum, permanent, and contractual staffing.
· Build trust-based relationships with HR Heads, Medical Directors, COOs, and CXOs.
· Be the primary point of contact for key accounts in Hyderabad.
· Map the competitive landscape in Hyderabad's healthcare staffing market.
· Spot whitespace opportunities across segments, geographies, and use cases.
· 5–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
· Prior experience in healthcare staffing, SaaS, HRTech, or healthtech strongly preferred.
