We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive / Lead Manager to expand our IT staffing and recruitment services. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing the right talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, IT managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and offer tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business growth targets.
Prepare proposals, pitches, and business reports for clients and management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, or business development.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Experience with CRM and staffing tools is a plus.
