About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager with strong experience in the
IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment services
- Build and manage strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, and pricing models
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client hiring needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in business development / sales within the IT staffing or recruitment industry
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models (contract, C2H, permanent)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client network in IT services, GCCs, startups, or enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Indian and/or international clients
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
