Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for IT services offerings including software development, digital solutions, and technology consulting.
This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience selling IT services to global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
- Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, decision makers, and stakeholders.
Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Present Squadra Media's IT services, solutions, and capabilities to prospects.
Client Acquisition
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Market Expansion
- Identify new markets, industries, and geographies for growth.
- Build partnerships with agencies, technology partners, and consulting firms.
Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align on client requirements.
- Provide insights into market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
- 4+ years experience in IT services sales or technology consulting sales.
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
