We're looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and lead strategic sales initiatives across IT services.
What You'll Do
• Identify and close new business opportunities in IT services, cloud, managed services, DevOps, and software development
• Build and nurture strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions and proposals
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales engagement
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meets
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT services sales / business development
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of DevOps, cybersecurity, and modern IT solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience handling proposals, RFPs, and client onboarding
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage client engagements
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with IT consulting firms, MSPs, or software companies
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
• Strong industry network and connections
