What You'll Do
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IT domain (website and software development, digital, or managed services).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and deals using CRM tools.
What You Bring
- 56 years of proven experience in IT / B2B / technology solution sales.
- Strong understanding of website and software development or digital transformation solutions.
- Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience working with international markets or generating business/sales from global clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
