Job Description Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales pipeline and drive modern B2B sales strategies in a remote, performance-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, client relationship management, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue potential international clients.
- Pitch IT services and solutions including Web Development, App Development, SEO, SMO, and Design.
- Build and maintain long-term, value-driven client relationships.
- Plan, develop, and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Take complete ownership of sales closures, revenue generation, and performance targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development within the IT domain.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
- Strong research abilities with consistent follow-up skills.
- Experience managing a sales team.
- Demonstrated involvement in sales closures and achieving targets.
