We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – IT Sales

India | Middle East Market Focus

Experience: 6–10 Years | B2B IT Sales

We're looking for a pure hunter—someone who can open new logos, build pipeline from scratch, and close high-value IT service deals in the Middle East/ India / US /APAC markets.

Not an account management role

Not a support role

100% new business | revenue ownership

What You'll Do

  • Hunt and close new B2B clients (US/CAN, GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman), India & APAC)
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: cold outreach → pitch → negotiation → closure
  • Sell IT services: Software Development, Web & Mobile Apps, Cloud & Digital Transformation
  • Pitch to CXOs, Founders, CIOs & IT / Marketing Heads
  • Maintain 3–5× pipeline and consistently beat targets

Who We Want

  • 6–10 years of hardcore B2B IT / Software sales (hunter role)
  • Proven new-logo acquisition & target achievement
  • Strong closing, negotiation & objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach & aggressive targets
  • US-CAN / Middle East / India market exposure is a big plus
