Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT sales, product sales, and client acquisition.
  • Proven experience in handling international clients, especially through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including web development, software solutions, mobile app development, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work on and sell both products and services, with a clear understanding of their value proposition.
  • Experience in handling IT projects and company-owned products, from requirement gathering to delivery coordination.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client communication, negotiation, and long-term client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong presentation skills.
  • Capability to coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to visit clients when required, based on project or business needs.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business targets.
