Role Overview

This is not a coordination or support role.

We are looking for someone who will own the entire business development function - from lead generation strategy to conversion - and be responsible for bringing qualified opportunities and revenue to the organization.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple lead channels, managing outreach teams, improving conversion processes, and focusing on measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Ownership
  • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for IT and digital services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation Strategy & Management
  • Manage and optimize multiple lead generation channels:
    • LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
    • Cold email campaigns
    • Upwork, Guru, and other freelance platforms
    • Website and inbound leads
    • Partnerships and referrals
  • Guide and monitor the outreach/email marketing team.
  • Improve response rates and conversion ratios.
  • Client Communication & Conversion
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
  • Present company capabilities and solutions confidently.
  • Prepare and review proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals.
  • Market & Opportunity Development
  • Identify target industries and niche markets.
  • Explore partnership opportunities with agencies and consultants (especially in the U.S. and international markets).
  • Suggest new service packages or offerings based on market demand.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM.
  • Share weekly reports including:
    • Leads generated
    • Meetings scheduled
    • Proposals sent
    • Deals closed
    • Revenue pipeline and forecast
Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales for:
    • IT Services
    • Digital Marketing Agencies
    • Web/Mobile/SaaS development companies
  • Strong understanding of global markets (U.S., UK, Australia preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cold email tools (Instantly, Apollo, etc.)
  • Freelance platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.)
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on results and metrics.
