Cyan360 is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for Cyan360's IT consulting and staffing services. This is a mid–senior level individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue generation, primarily targeting the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT consulting and staff augmentation services
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies for new and existing clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams)
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, leadership) to ensure successful deal execution
- Drive staff augmentation opportunities (contract, C2C, W2 hiring models)
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business development / sales within IT services or staffing industry.
- Strong experience working with US clients / North American market
- Experience in industries like SAP, Cloud, Data & Analytics is must.
- Proven track record in selling IT consulting and/or staff augmentation services
- Ability to work in CST time zone (evening/night shift in India)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an independent contributor with minimal supervision
