About Role -Inzint Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Managerto lead and manage the complete sales cycle for IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing the sales pipeline, and handling the sales team to drive business growth.

Experience Required:3-5 Years (IT Services Sales)

Compensation:4 - 5 LPA + Sales closure incentives up to 4%.

Working Days:5 Days a Week

Working Hours:Flexible

Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage theend-to-end sales processfor IT services
  • Generate new business leads through various channels (online, referrals, outbound, etc.)
  • Convert qualified leads into successful closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Handle negotiations, proposals, and contract closures
  • Manage and guide thesales teamto achieve targets
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth areas

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven experience inIT services sales
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile solutionsor related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and closing high-value deals
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
