Position Overview
We are hiring Business Development Managers
- Internship (Unpaid) For freshers and students seeking practical exposure in business development and sustainability.
- Experienced Professionals (Commission-Based) For candidates with prior experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition who want to earn based on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, vendors, and recycling partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and local vendors.

- Pitch KabadCart's services and sustainability model to potential partners.
- Drive lead generation and conversions to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, prospects, and interactions.
Requirements
For Interns (Unpaid):
- Graduate or pursuing a degree (Business, Marketing, or Environment-related field preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn about sales, sustainability, and startup operations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
For Experienced Professionals (Commission-Based):
- 03 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
- Excellent presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
