Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target potential clients in the UK and USA for back-office accounting and finance outsourcing services (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Financial Reporting, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and partnerships with consulting/accounting firms.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate mid-size and large enterprises, CPA firms, and outsourcing buyers.
- Conduct online and offline presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating our service offerings, value proposition, and delivery capabilities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in UK/USA accounting outsourcing markets.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in international B2B sales (preferably in accounting outsourcing, BPO/KPO, or professional services).
