Interlace India is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead sales and marketing strategies in the System Integration and Software Development domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Government or Enterprise vertical, technical knowledge in IT products and solutions, and the ability to drive long-term business growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
- Define key objectives and set achievable sales targets within the designated market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners.
- Drive business development plans aligned with organizational goals and manage client relationships effectively.
- Leverage a proven database of customers in the Government/Enterprise vertical to generate opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise in selling IT solutions, including networking, servers, storage, backup solutions, security solutions, and ERP applications.
- Provide mentorship to the sales team, ensuring alignment with strategic business development goals.
- Prepare quarterly reports to review sales targets and progress with the management team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure adherence to organizational ethics and guidelines in all business interactions.
- Regularly follow up with customers to maintain updated status on opportunities and engage stakeholders at the right time.
