LaBelle Design Studio is looking for a result-driven Business Development professional to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals in the interior design space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation (networking, outreach, references)
• Handle end-to-end sales (meeting to closure)
• Client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Coordinate with design team for proposals
• Achieve sales targets and maintain follow-ups

Requirements:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Client-facing experience with high-value deals
• Self-driven, target-oriented
• Interior design/real estate experience preferred

Compensation: Fixed + high incentives
