Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students via phone and explain various educational programs.
Understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Provide excellent counseling and support throughout the admission process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
