Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location:  On-Site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2-5 Years (B2B / Sales / Business Development)

Compensation: Up to 4 LPA + Performance Bonus (Over & Above CTC)

About the Role

We are hiring a driven, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM)

 who can generate leads, build strong relationships, and close deals consistently.

This is a performance-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in a target-driven, high-growth environment. You will own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

1 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and approach potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
  • Generate qualified B2B leads daily
  • Research decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CXOs, Directors)
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

2 Client Communication & Pitching

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects
  • Understand client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Deliver confident presentations and proposals
  • Maintain structured follow-up processes

3 Deal Closing & Revenue Generation

  • Handle objections professionally
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Close deals independently
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

4 CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Track daily outreach numbers
  • Monitor lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Submit weekly performance reports

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability
  • Confidence in cold calling and outreach
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Professional attitude and presentation

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Experience in media, marketing, services, or consulting is a plus

Performance Expectations

  • Daily outreach activity (calls/messages/emails)
  • Monthly qualified lead targets
  • Monthly deal closing targets
  • Revenue achievement as per company goals

Compensation Structure

CTC: Up to 4 LPA (Based on Experience & Capability)

+ Attractive Performance Bonus (Over & Above CTC)

  • Fixed salary included within 4 LPA
  • Performance bonus paid separately
  • Incentives linked directly to revenue performance
  • High performers can earn significantly above CTC

Strong performers can exceed 4 LPA through performance-based bonuses.
