Core Responsibilities:-

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify & reach out to clients via LinkedIn, email & cold calls
  • Build a consistent, scalable outbound pipeline
  • Create strong first impressions with high-quality communication

Client Engagement

  • Connect with Founders, CEOs & key decision-makers
  • Understand business needs, challenges & opportunities
  • Position solutions that create genuine, measurable value

Sales Execution

  • Own the full cycle: Prospecting → Pitch → Negotiation → Closure
  • Handle objections with confidence and clarity
  • Close deals independently with strong negotiation skills

Pipeline & Strategy

  • Maintain structured CRM updates & follow-ups
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Share market insights to refine pitches and sales strategy
