Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the areas of Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, excellent decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market presence

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

Identify new business opportunities in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT markets

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals

Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions

Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets

Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation), Business, or a related field

MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus

Proven experience in business development or sales in technology-driven industries
