Job Description

Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead with a strong understanding of

IT and Digital Marketing services, particularly in Web & App Development and Performance

Marketing. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the sales cyclefrom prospecting

and outreach to deal closure and client relationship managementwhile leading and

mentoring a small team of BD executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Identify, target, and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and close deals for Web, App, and Digital Marketing projects.
  • Maintain consistent post-sales contact to ensure client satisfaction and up-sell/cross-sell

opportunities.

  • Own and optimize the sales pipeline, track conversions, and analyze key metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies to Identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior BD executives and outreach specialists.
  • Train team members on sales tactics, communication, proposal creation, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery alignment.
  • Bring innovative ideas for outreach and lead generation (AI tools, automation platforms, content-led funnels).
  • Contribute to defining Infogentech's overall sales strategy and expansion roadmap.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales for IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing BD or SDR teams is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on measurable growth and innovation.
