The RoleWe are looking for a strategic, well-connected, and persuasive Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts. Your mission is simple: identify brands that need our expertise, pitch our unique value proposition, and close deals that result in long-term partnerships.
You'll be the face of MaxSosha to potential clients, translating our service offerings into bespoke marketing solutions that drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to target brands and agencies across diverse sectors (e.g., Lifestyle, Tech, Real Estate, Beauty) that could benefit from influencer campaigns.
- Strategic Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients specific goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Campaign Management and Talent teams to ensure that the promises made during the sales process are effectively executed.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive MaxSosha's expansion.
What We're Looking For- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, specifically within the influencer marketing or digital agency space.
- The Rolodex: An existing network of brand managers, CMOs, or agency leads is a massive plus.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. You should be able to explain the why behind influencer marketing with confidence.
- Strategic Mindset: You don't just sell posts; you sell outcomes. You understand how to align creator content with a brand's bottom line.
- Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup style environment where things move quickly.
