- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIN, Google Search and from offline networks of the decision makers in the potential target Companies
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
Sales Meetings
- Prepare for meetings/calls via structured research about the target client
- Having effective sales meetings/calls in order to:
- Understand the rooftop and open access solar/renewable energy requirement of the client
- Position Infinia Solar as their preferred Renewable Energy advisor and Business Partners Solar/Renewable Energy solutions as best choice for the client
- Generate requirements for solar energy from the client
Sales Proposals/Transaction Management
- Create presentations based on the client requirements
- Coordinate with the Business Partners to generate proposals
Deal Closure/Sales Conversion
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Client Coordination
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Record all interactions with the client written, verbal etc. in the CRM
- Be the interface between the client and the business partner team from contact to closing of the deal
- Maintain long-term relationship with the Client
Measurement Metrics
- # of leads identified per week under for the defined markets, products and customer segments
- # of meetings per week & per month
- # of interactions update with client in CRM per month
- # of accounts converted per month
Candidate Profile
- Passionate about Renewable Energy
- Should have considerable skills in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Should have Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a team player
- Should be a go-getter, focused, ambitious, sales expert and driven to succeed; result orientated, hungry for growth
- Organized and disciplined with ability to manage expectations
