Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager at IBA Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive placement activities, collaborating with key stakeholders, and building corporate partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new opportunities, maintaining relationships with academic partners, overseeing marketing and promotional activities, and analyzing the effectiveness of business development initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Marketing, Networking, and Building Partnerships
  • Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Data Analysis proficiencies
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
  • Prior experience in academic institutions or the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
