What You Will Do
- Identify and onboard franchise partners in new markets UP, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra Tier 2, Central India
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise investors through direct outreach, events, and referrals
- Own the end-to-end franchise partner journey lead generation, site selection, due diligence, agreement, and launch support
- Build relationships with Tier 2/3 city business communities and local investor networks
- Work closely with retail ops and finance on franchise economics, royalty structures, and partner health
What We're Looking For
- 510 years in franchise development / business development in retail, fashion, or lifestyle
- Proven track record of franchise partner acquisition and territory expansion
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of franchise partner psychology
- Existing network in Tier 2/3 city business communities is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+ travel) | CTC: 2030L
