Indian Silk House Agencies is India's fastest-growing saree brand, scaling from 100+ stores to 500. We're aggressively expanding our franchise network into new markets across India.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and onboard franchise partners in new markets UP, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra Tier 2, Central India
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise investors through direct outreach, events, and referrals
  • Own the end-to-end franchise partner journey lead generation, site selection, due diligence, agreement, and launch support
  • Build relationships with Tier 2/3 city business communities and local investor networks
  • Work closely with retail ops and finance on franchise economics, royalty structures, and partner health

What We're Looking For

  • 510 years in franchise development / business development in retail, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Proven track record of franchise partner acquisition and territory expansion
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of franchise partner psychology
  • Existing network in Tier 2/3 city business communities is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+ travel) | CTC: 2030L
