Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with channel partners and corporate clients for business growth.
  • Drive admissions and revenue targets through effective sales and lead-generation strategies.
  • Build strong corporate connects for B2B learning and training collaborations.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships, ensuring consistent communication and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal academic and marketing teams for alignment on outreach activities.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales, institutional partnerships, or higher education business development.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM management skills preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
